The Mighty Southwestern Province made a resounding impact at the 87th Grand Chapter Meeting in Phoenix, Arizona, held July 1–6, 2025. In a year filled with purpose, mentorship, and measurable outcomes, Guide Right programs across the province stood tall among national peers—earning multiple prestigious awards and setting an example of what intentional mentorship and community commitment look like in action.


At the National Guide Right Awards, the Southwestern Province proudly celebrated the following standout achievements:

  • Richardson-Plano Kappa League

    Winner – Social Action/Community Service Award

    Recognized nationally for their outstanding service and commitment to the community, the Richardson-Plano Kappa League continues to model the essence of civic engagement among youth leaders.


  • Mansfield-Cedar Hill (TX) Alumni Chapter

    Winner – Jay Crosby (Medium Chapter) Award – Outstanding Alumni Guide Right Chapter

    This honor speaks to the chapter’s dedication to excellence, innovation, and consistency in youth mentorship across all pillars of the Guide Right Program.


  • DeShamus Sallis – Mansfield-Cedar Hill (TX) Alumni Chapter

  • Marcus Stevenson – Pearland-Manvel-Fresno (TX) Alumni Chapter

  • Lifetime Guide Right Achievement Awardees
