The 46th C. Roger Wilson Leadership Conference (CRWLC), held from October 3-5, 2024, at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA, was a historic gathering for Kappa Alpha Psi. With 859 registered attendees, it marked the largest conference in (CRWLC) history, demonstrating the fraternity’s growth and commitment to leadership development.

Thursday, October 3, 2024:
The conference kicked off with community outreach events, including Room to Read at Progress Elementary School and Learn 2 Live at Thrive Academy.
The evening saw formal board meetings and a Movie Screening of Kappa Man, followed by a lively Alumni and Undergraduate Social at KOK.
Friday, October 4, 2024:
Attendees engaged in Development Workshops at LSU covering crucial topics such as Men’s Mental Health, Campus Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Risk Management.
Officer workshops for roles such as Polemarch, Keepers of Records, and Keepers of Exchequers were followed by sessions on Parliamentary Procedure.
The night was filled with the Kappa tradition of Pick Up A Kane (The Lost Art), alongside social gatherings that allowed attendees to bond and celebrate the fraternity’s values.
Saturday, October 5, 2024:
The final day featured chapter certification sessions, a Guide Right Summit, and leadership training.
The event concluded with a fun-filled Football Game Tailgate hosted by the Baton Rouge Alumni Fraternity House, followed by the Southern University Football Game.
